Self-guided Tours

• • Come to Newforest to walk the forest trails and explore the beautiful gardens.
  • If you would like to share a meal with us, please make arrangements in advance.

Permaculture Tours and School Visits

• • Groups from schools, colleges, and organizations can benefit from seeing sustainability in action. Come see our kitchen garden, edible forest garden, woodland mushroom garden, sliding greenhouse, composting system, chickens, ponds, and much more.
  • Groups can also request work projects and activities.

Permaculture Experience

• • If you would like a more in-depth opportunity to experience the work and community of Newforest, please contact us to request a Permaculture Experience.
  • Join in our work, share meals with us, and relax and explore the gardens and forest trails.
  • There is a modest sliding scale fee for room and board with outdoor and indoor options (when available).

Overnights

• • Workshop participants have the option the register for an overnight stay.
  • The fee is determined by the number of meals provided and whether the accommodations are outdoor or indoor.
  • Other overnights can be requested.
